Marginal osteophyte - Osteophyte that protrudes from and beyond the outer perimeter of the vertebral end-plate apophysis.

Medial - Situated closer to the midline of the body.

Migrated disc - Herniated disc in which a portion of extruded disc material is displaced away from the tear in the outer anulus through which it has extruded.

Minimally Invasive Surgery - Surgery requiring small incision(s), usually performed with endoscopic visualization.
